Is there a free trial?

Yes. Invitation-based onboarding typically starts on a 30-day Free Trial plan, unless your invitation already includes a different plan.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Plan changes, billing-cycle updates, and reactivation are currently handled through support.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Support is handled through email for all plans, and higher tiers can include priority support.

Can you help us migrate existing data?

Yes. Self-serve import for units and pricing rules is now available with preview-before-apply review, CSV/XLSX uploads, and corrected-file re-upload if blocking errors are found. Guided onboarding is still available if you want migration help.

English and Croatian are fully supported across the app and public pages today.

Manage.Camp includes 2FA, tenant isolation, audit logs, GDPR export/erasure workflows, and retention automation.

Yes. One organization can manage multiple campgrounds, and the maximum number depends on your selected plan.

How do billing and subscription renewals currently work?

Onboarding is currently invitation-only, and public self-serve online billing is not active yet. Subscription activation, plan changes, and reactivation are currently handled through support.

Do Professional plans already include a public camp page?

Yes. Professional plans can already use a hosted Public Camp Page with a public slug, preview flow, publish status, structured content sections, hero image, theme controls, and a location section with Google Maps linking. Current roadmap work in this area is focused on refinement, design, and presentation improvements rather than building the baseline from scratch.
