Yes. Availability rules are enforced at booking time — the system will not allow overlapping confirmed reservations on the same unit.

Can different team members have different booking permissions?

Absolutely. Role-based access controls who can create, modify, cancel, or view reservations and guest details.

How are cancellations handled?

Cancelled bookings are retained with full history. The unit is immediately released back to the available pool.
