Terms of Service

Manage.Camp provides a hosted multi-tenant SaaS platform for campground operations, including reservations, pricing tools, reporting, and account management features.

You are responsible for account security, role assignments, and lawful use of user credentials. Shared or abusive account use is not allowed.

Do not misuse platform resources, bypass tenant boundaries, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful processing.

New account onboarding is currently invitation-only. Public self-serve checkout and online subscription activation are not active yet, and activation, plan changes, or reactivation are currently handled through support.

You remain responsible for lawful data collection and instructions given to Manage.Camp as processor. Privacy and retention details are defined in the Privacy Policy.

We continuously improve the service and may change features, limits, or integrations. Material changes are reflected via updated policy versions.

The service is provided on an as-is basis within limits permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by misuse of credentials.

During the current pre-company phase, Manage.Camp is operated by Marko Bajlo. Invitation-based onboarding, service activation, and contractual questions are currently handled through support@manage.camp. If a company entity is established later, these terms will be updated accordingly.
